Dlouhý kámen (Long Stone) – fossilized Titanic
A table mountain, from the west bordered by the largest continuous rock wall in the region. For its size and shape, people call it “Titanic”.
What will you see? One of the biggest rock walls, interesting shapes of sandstone relief, a nice view of the surroundings ... The sandstone table mountain is formed of a more resistant sandstone than that around it. Therefore, it resisted erosion and nowadays forms a natural elevation. It is separated by high walls from its neighbourhood. For its size and shape, one of them is called “Titanic”. It is one of the longest walls in the area. Many interesting shapes of sandstone relief have been preserved in the local rock outcrops. The top of Dlouhý kámen is flat, offering interesting views of the surroundings.
